Fee Structure
At Madrasatut Tarbiyah, we strive to provide an affordable yet high-quality education that integrates academic excellence with Islamic values. Our fee structure is transparent, competitive, and designed to ensure access to our programs while maintaining the resources needed for an enriching learning experience.
Tuition Fees by Grade Level
The tuition fee covers the cost of academic instruction, access to school facilities, and participation in standard school activities.

Additional Costs
Some additional costs may apply to specific programs and resources:
- Admission Fees: Admission fee per student is 70 thousand taka nonrefundable.
- Annual Fees: BDT. 10,000. This fee will cover their annual sports, field trips, annual cultural program, lab facilities, library facilities, ICT lab facilities, STEM facilities and so on.
- Extracurricular Activities:
- Participation in special clubs like Robotics, Science, or Debating may incur a nominal fee to cover materials and resources.
- Sports coaching for specialized training (e.g., cricket, football) may also require an additional charge.
- Hifz Program:
- Students enrolled in the Hifzul Quran program may pay an additional fee of BDT 2,000 – 3,000 per month to support the dedicated resources and specialized Quran teachers.
- Day long program:
- Students enrolled in the Day long program may pay an additional fee of BDT 3,000 – 5,000 per month to support the dedicated resources and specialized Quran teachers.
- Books and Learning Materials:
- A one-time annual charge for textbooks, workbooks, and Islamic learning materials (varies by grade, typically BDT 5,000 – 16,000).
- Examination Fees:
- IGCSE and A-Level students will need to pay external examination fees as per Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel Assessment International Education requirements.
Payment Methods and Policies
- Fees can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually for added flexibility.
- Payment options include bank transfers, mobile financial services, or direct deposits.
A late fee of BDT 500 is charged for payments made after the due date.
