Admission

We have a complete education framework developed to provide a holistic approach to ensure each child is educated to be a successful all-rounder, both in this world and the hereafter.

Admission Criteria

Admission at Peace International School is purely on the basis of merit. Furthermore, admission to the available programs depends on the type and level of the program.

Age-Based Learning Readiness

- Admissions are aligned with children's readiness to engage with the curriculum.

- Emphasis on natural milestones rather than formal academic achievements.

Grade-Wise Books

- The school follows Pearson Edexcel for core subjects like English and Math.

- Islamic subjects are based on in-house materials aligned with Quran and Sunnah.

Admission Process

The admissions process involves these three steps. Our admission process is designed to make the transition to our school as smooth as possible, ensuring that both you and your child feel welcomed and supported.

Submission of Application Form

- Complete the school’s application form with all required fields.
- Submit the form with the following supporting documents:
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs of the applicant.
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs of each parent/guardian.
- Birth certificate of the applicant.
- NID copies of the applicant, father, mother, and/or guardian (for Bangladeshi applicants).
- Passport copies (for foreign applicants).
- Most recent school report (if applicable).
- Details of any medical conditions or special needs.

Submission

- Send the completed application form along with supporting documents to the school’s admissions office.

Processing of Application

- The admission team will review the application and schedule placement tests.

English Proficiency Test

- Reading: Identify letters and simple phonics for younger children; reading comprehension for older grades.
- Writing: Form letters or words; write short sentences for higher grades.
- Oral: Informal conversation to assess communication and vocabulary.

Mathematics Test

- For Playgroup to Grade 6: Age-appropriate number recognition, counting, and problem-solving (based on Peace’s curriculum guidelines).

Islamic Studies Assessment

- Quran: Recitation from memory (Surahs relevant to their age/grade) and Tajweed skills.
- Arabic: Familiarity with Arabic letters, vocabulary, and basic reading for younger grades; comprehension and short sentence construction for older grades.

Accepted

- Offer letter sent, including details of fees and next steps.
- Admission confirmed after submission of all documents and payment of fees within the deadline.

Conditional Offer

- If additional support is required, a conditional admission is granted, subject to progress monitoring.

Unsuccessful

- A letter will provide constructive feedback for further development.
